Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (when available).
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues, but we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer fixed-rate shipping based on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times vary by region.
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Europe (EU countries), Australia and New Zealand.

Tariffs & Duties (USA Orders)
- We cover all U.S. tariffs and import duties on your behalf.
- You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
- Any applicable tariffs are already included in our fixed shipping price.
Customs & Duties for International Orders
For all countries outside of Canada and the United States:
- Your order may be subject to duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your local government.
- These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges.
Local Delivery (Calgary, AB)
$10 flat-rate local drop-off is available within Calgary city limits.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.
Order Tracking
Tracking information (when available) will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Free Shipping on Art Orders Over $250 CAD
We’re happy to offer free shipping on art-only orders over $250. Please note that this applies only to art prints. If your order includes both art and other items (such as rugs or decor), standard shipping rates will apply.
